Thomas E. Feeney, Sr., 49, of Kenosha, passed away on Sunday, August 23, 2009, in Kenosha. Born in Kenosha on December 10, 1959, he was the son of Richard and Nancy (Young) Feeney. He was a lifelong resident of Kenosha and was educated in local schools. For 22 years he was worked in maintenance at Great Lakes Naval Exchange. Thomas was an avid fisherman and deer hunter, a very good carpenter and was very good with his hands. Surviving are two sons, Joshua Feeney and Thomas E. Feeney, Jr. both of Zion, IL; his mother, Nancy Wiegert of Kenosha; his father, Richard Feeney of Augusta, WI; and a granddaughter, Autumn. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Jeff and Richard Feeney, Jr. Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 28th, at Proko Funeral Home at 3:00 p.m. Visitation will be held on Friday at the funeral home from 2:00 p.m. until the time of the service.
