Carole Jean Fenn, 69, late of Mesa, AZ, passed away Saturday, July 25, 2009, at Hospice of the Valley in Mesa, AZ. Born on June 8, 1940, in North Fork, WV, she was the daughter of the late Letcher and Mary (Knuckles) Jones. On September 9, 1983, she married Walter J. Fenn, Sr. He passed away June 23, 2000. She resided in Kenosha and later for 16 years in Franksville, until retiring from American Motors/Chrysler Corp. in 2003. She is survived by her four step-children, Vicki (Larry) Woodard of Kimberling City, MO, Sharon (Ron) Hagelund of Minot, ND, Thom (Teryl) Fenn of Sturtevant, WI, and Roger (Jeannie) Fenn of Wisconsin Dells, WI; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her special close friends, Bob and Mary Carpenter of Mesa, AZ. She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Phyllis Farley and Patricia Jones; a brother, James Jones; two sons, David and Rick McColl; two step-sons, Walter James Fenn, Jr. and Richard M. Fenn; and her most beloved husband, Walter "Wally" Fenn, Sr. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 1st, at Proko Funeral Home at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at St. James Cemetery.
