Pamela Jean Phillips, 47, of Kenosha, passed away on Thursday, July 9, 2009, at her residence after a long battle with cancer. She was born in San Diego, CA, on February 7, 1962. For many years she was a site coordinator at the YMCA, retiring in 2004. Surviving are her two children, Jessica Phillips and John Phillips, both of Kenosha; a grandson, Anthony; two brothers, John (Gina) Turner of Round Lake, IL, and Gary C. Turner of Kenosha; and a sister, Sharmane (Skip) Smith of Jacksonville, FL. Pamela is also survived by nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends.
