Margaret E. "Peggy" Anderson, 80, of Kenosha, passed away Saturday, May 30th, 2009, at her home surrounded by her loving family. Born on September 25, 1928, in Middlepoint, OH, she was the daughter of the late Allen and Alta Brown. In 1947 she came to Kenosha to make her home. On December 30, 1972, she married Ronald Anderson at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Kenosha. In her earlier years she worked at Connelly Foods, Jewel T on 75th Street and Piggly Wiggly Grocery Store. Peggy loved to cook, attend craft fairs, go antiquing, visit casino’s, and enjoyed the many breakfasts she shared with her friends at Andy’s Restaurant on Roosevelt Road. Surviving is her husband, Ronald of Kenosha; five children, Cathy (Lance) Bastrup of Nekoosa, WI, Gayle (Mark) Provenzo of Minneapolis, MN, Debbie (Mark Neuman) Althoff of Wisconsin Rapids, WI, Diane (Randy) Hanson of Racine, WI, and Ronnie (Debbie) Anderson of LaCrosse, WI; ten brothers and sisters; nine grandchildren, Chris Smith, Shannon Smith, Katie Bastrup, Kelly Gerda, Timothy Breuhl, Kristy Smith, Duane Althoff, David Althoff, and Georgett Hall; eleven great-grandchildren; her beloved pets, Buttons and Sassy; and also her many special friends. She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Alyssa Hanson, and six brothers and sisters. The family would like to thank the nurses and staff of Heartland Hospice Care in Brookfield, WI, for the kind and compassionate care they gave Peggy. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, June 1st, at Proko Funeral Home at 7:00 p.m. Interment will be private. Ronnie and Family, You are all in our thoughts and prayers. Wish we all could be there through this hard times. Just remember all the good times we all had with Peggy.We all loved her and always will. But now she can watch all of us, so just remember if you feel a smack in the head it is more than likely her, because we done something she didnt like. Love all of you, Tina and John
