Dear Amy, Carla, and Stephen,Please know that you are all in my thoughts and prayers. Although I didn't know your mother well, I did enjoy each encounter over the years. The one thing I do know...is that she left you with an incredible model of faith and family. Those were her hallmarks...what a wonderful legacy. She will be missed and remembered by so many. May you find comfort in knowing that she and your dad are together again embraced in the arms of Our Lord.

Dear Amy,I pulled up this website as a cousin of mine had passed away. The first page I see upon entering holds the sad news of your mother. Although I had only met Irene a few times - I know that she had to have been a wonderful woman to have raised a daughter like you. And, yes; it has been a long time, however; you are fondly thought of often. My deepest sympathy to you, Carla and Stephen.Love Always, Peter

Sending my love & sympathy in the loss of your Mom. I have so many fond memories of Aunt Irene. Where do I begin. She and my Dad had a very special relationship. That relationship continued with my Mom after Dad was gone. Aunt Irene continued to call my Mom regularly and sent her cookies at Brookside. Aunt Irene was a wonderful cook and generously shared her recipes with us. I have her pie crust recipe which she gave to my Mom and I make her brownie recipe at least once a month. She loved her family and church was so important to her. You were very blessed to have a Mom & Dad who loved you so much. I hope the many memories you treasure will comfort you. I will keep you in my thoughts & prayers. Love, Your Cousin, Donna

Dear Carla and family,So sorry for the loss of your sweet Mom. I know how difficult these days can be.No matter how old we are, it is always so hard to lose a parent. But God is good and somehow we do survive. I know how close you were to your parents and it has to be comforting to know that they are once again in each other's arms. God bless you and give you peace . With love, Kathy Norris
