Please accept my deepest sympathy in the passing of Dale. It has been many years since I first met Dale. I was a teenager who went to a softball game with my cousin. I was so very impressed with Dale's pitching ability, I continued to go to games and watch him. Shortly thereafter I went home and set up an old bed frame in my garage and copied Dale's pitching technique. It was one of my greatest thrills when I was able to pitch against Dale in a softball game at the old Bristol ball diamond. It was a very close game with dale's team winning 1-0. I'm sure Dale helped many other athletes in their love of sports. He will be greatly missed.

I was so sorry to read of the loss of Dale Nelson. He was truly a fine gentleman. He was a client of my husband, Attorney Cecil Rothrock. Rocky always enjoyed having Dale stop in his office - always enjoyed chatting with him. Whenever I saw Dale, he was always so pleasant, always such a cheerful individual. He will be greatly missed in Bristol and Kenosha. Please accept my most sincere condolences. Mary Rothrock

Life doesn't always turn out the way we want it to. For example, as a child, I wanted nothing more than to have a father who loved me unconditionally or even one who would go out of his way to make sure he always played a part in my life. Unfortunately, this is not the way things turned out. I remember the first several years of my life-- you were there, trying to make things work out for the best; then you gave up on me. I am sorry things didn't turn out differently. But I will always remember the times I spent with you as a child and the memories of you I have tucked away from the "good 'ol days".Your daughter,Courtney
