Josephine A. Neu, 88, of Kenosha, passed away Thursday, October 30th, 2008, at United Hospital System-Kenosha Campus. Born in Kenosha on August 3, 1920, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Carmella (Perugini) Misurelli. She was a lifelong resident of Kenosha and was educated in local schools. On August 10, 1940, she married Robert F. Neu in Kenosha. He passed away December 15, 1991. A member of St. Therese Catholic Church, Josephine loved playing bingo and going to church. She was an avid, die hard Chicago Cub Fan and liked to spend time crocheting. Surviving are her son, William (Dianne) Neu of Pleasant Prairie, WI; two daughters, Dorothy (Clifford) Hubbard of Kenosha and Carol (Thomas) Bruneau of Pleasant Prairie, WI; brother and sister, George (Clair) Misurelli and Gloria Carmichael, both of Kenosha; nine grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Ronald in infancy; two brothers, Albert and Michael Misurelli; and two sisters, Mary Holmes and Gilda DeRue. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, November 3rd, at St. Therese Catholic Church at 11:00 a.m. Entombment to follow at All Saints Mausoleum. Visitation will be held on Monday at the church from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the Mass.
