Dear John and Kathleen:You are in our thoughts and prayers constantly. May God's love comfort your pain and ease your sadness. Having lost my only sister nearly 17 years ago to cancer, I know that even with time, the pain never subsides. Time only eases the severity of the deep hole that is left. We are praying for you.Deepest and heartfelt sympathies,Susan and Jerry Schmitt

John and Kathleen,May you find consolation in one of our favorite prayers - the Peace Prayer of St. Francis. Lord, make me an instrument of your peace;Where this hatred, let me show love;Where there is injury, pardon;Where there is doubt, faith;Where there is despair, hope;Where there is darkness, light;Where there is sadness, joy.Oh Divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled as to console; To be understood, as to understand,To be loved as to love; For it is in giving that we receive,It is in pardoning that we are pardoned,And it is in dying that we are born to eternal life. With deepest sympathy,Keith and Lori Lester
