It is with a sad heart that I write this condolence. Frank was the loving Father I knew most of my adult life and the only Grandfather my children Angi and Scot knew and loved. My mom, Shirley Dew, will always Love him. Even though we have not seen each other for a long time, I have never ever stopped loving and caring about Frank. I remember his gentle voice and mannerisms and his dear smile. My deepest sympathy to all who loved Frank.Saddly, Cheryl Garner
