It is with much emotion that I hear about the loss of "Chinsee", a very old friend of the Sedloff family. She worked for our family business in the 50's and always stayed in touch with us through out her life. Her hospitality when visiting her home was unmatched. She is the personification of the American Dream, coming to this country, working hard and raising a beautiful family while running a successful business. She will be missed by many.

Dear Luigi, Tony and John:I am very sorry to hear about Innocenza. I will never forget working for Luigi's and taking Innocenza to church on Saturday. I really enjoyed the many conversations with her and many times I thought I was talking to my own Mom. I think I was (jokingly) fired every other Friday, but somehow, Innocenza changed her mind and decided to keep me as part of the Luigi's Pizza Kitchen family. What a great family it is! In addition to the Saturday rides to church, I have many fond memories working next to Innocenza especially her preparation of the anchovie doughnuts for the annual Christmas party on the Sunday night before Christmas. The last time I was in town, three weeks ago Shelby and I went to visit Luigi and Innocenza at St. Joseph and enjoyed every minute of it. We talked about the restaurant and all the good times we had. I hope Luigi is doing well and Our Thoughts and Prayers are with all of you.God Bless,Doug Mogensen and Family
