Patricia R. Uttech, 81, a resident of Kenosha, passed away, Saturday, February 16th, 2008, at St. Catherine’s Medical Center. Born on December 20, 1926, in Kenosha, she was the daughter of the late John Vareck and Marcella Iversen. On September 23, 1945, she married Robert Uttech in Waukegan, IL. She was a homemaker, and also worked part time as secretary for her husband's business, Robert Uttech, Inc. Patricia was an avid reader and she also loved to travel. Her favorite destinations were Mexico and Hawaii. Surviving are her husband of 62 years, Robert Uttech; two sons, Thomas Uttech of Pleasant Prairie and Ronald (Janice) Uttech of Kenosha; three daughters, Debra Landers of Kenosha, Kimberly (Thomas) Rouce of Burlington, and Tammy Uttech of Kenosha; a step-brother, William Iverson; and three grandchildren, Alana Landers and Jennifer and Jacob Uttech. She was preceded in death by a son, Robert John Uttech who died in 1960, and a brother, Jack Vareck. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, February 20th, in the Sunset Memorial Park Chapel at 11:00 a.m. There will be no visitation.
