Mikeline Pontillo, 95, of Kenosha, passed away Tuesday, January 22nd, 2008, at Hospice House. Born in Chicago, IL, on November 23, 1912, she was the daughter of the late Peter and Theresa (Puntillo) Santopoalo. She had been employed by Coopers, and then McDonald's for 15 years. A homemaker, Mikeline was a very good mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. On March 2, 1935, she married Frank Pontillo in Kenosha. He passed away 15 days ago, on January 7, 2008. She was a member of Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church and a former member of the Italian American Ladies Auxiliary. Surviving are two daughters, Loretta J. (Richard) Woodside and Patricia Lukawski, both of Pleasant Prairie; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Frank Pontillo; a grandson, Frankie Pontillo; four brothers, Ray, Jim, Steve, and Louie Santopoalo; and a sister, Antoinette Farro. Private funeral services were held on Friday, January 25th, at Proko Funeral Home. Entombment followed at All Saints Mausoleum. I was so sorry to hear of Micky's death. She was a very special lady. I remember working with her at McDonald's. I am so sorry for your loss of your father also. Please give my condolence to Shelly also. I know she loved her Grandma and Grandpa very much.
