Condolences

Darlene Davies January 14, 2008
I am so sorry to hear about Virginia. I worked at Pennoyer Home a few years ago and enjoyed her very much. I have to say she was one of my favorite residents. She had a wonderful attitude and a good sense of humor. I remember one time when we were talking I realized, as did she, that she had forgotten the previous day. I asked her how she felt about not remembering the day before, and she said something to the effect of, " It doesn't bother me. As long as I have right now and I'm here today it's alright". Great attitude! She knew how to live in the present. Again my condolences to all of you. Darlene Davies
