Pauline P. Covelli, 95, formerly of Kenosha, late of Plano, TX, passed away on Sunday, January 6th, 2008, at Lifecare of Plano, in Plano, TX. Born on May 22, 1912, in Florence, Italy, she was the daughter of the late Natale Paolo and Annunciata (Martellini) Amerighi. She settled in Winthrop Harbor, IL, in 1921, where she received her education and then relocated to Kenosha in 1996, and Plano, TX, in 1999. In July, 1934, she married Michael Covelli at St. James Catholic Church who preceded her in death on July 30, 1967. Ms. Covelli was employed as an Inspector at Zion Industries in Zion, IL, until her retirement in 1977. She was a former member of Our Lady of Holy Rosary Catholic Church and enjoyed gardening, walking, exercising and animals. Ms. Covelli is survived by her son, Kenneth (Mary) Covelli of Kenosha; daughter, Barbara (Mark) Phelps of Plano, TX; four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her brother, John Amerighi in 1995.
