Joseph James SETTANO
Joseph James Settano, 83, of Kenosha, passed away Friday, December 21st, 2007, at his seasonal home in Sebring, FL. He was born March 31, 1924, to Daniel and Lucille Settano in Milwaukee, WI, and had been a resident of Kenosha since 1953. He was co-owner and salesman for an automobile parts firm and was a veteran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Army. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, Elks Club, and St. Mary's Catholic Church. He enjoyed spending time with his family as well as playing golf, bridge and cribbage and following the stock market. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Trudy Settano of Kenosha; two sons, John Settano of Mill Valley, CA, and Jeff Settano of Tampa, FL; a daughter, Marianne (Gordon) Shumaker of Maplewood, MN; and two grandchildren, Nicholas and Sarah Settano. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, January 7th, from St. Mary's Catholic Church at 1:00 pm. Interment will be private at All Saints Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday at the church from 12:00 noon until the time of the service. Memorial Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O.
