Dear Mr. King, Rick, Jerry and Kenny:Please accept my deepest condolences - Mrs. King and all of you were always so very good to me and my family. I didn't realize until I was older, with a family of my own, how important it was for me to be have been around such a nice, loving family as yours. Of course there was a lot of love in my family too but as you remember, it was anything but a normal family. I learned a lot from all of you and I have nothing but fond memories of all of you.May the Lord and your family and friends help you get through the loss of your wife and mother.Sincerely,Scott Ferguson
