Mary Virginia Venturini, 90, of Kenosha, passed away on Friday, November 30th, 2007, at Alterra Clare Bridge in Kenosha. Born on October 5, 1917, in Kenosha, she was the daughter of the late Giacinto and Michelangela Falduto. She was a lifelong resident of Kenosha, and received her education in local schools. On May 20, 1939, she married Leo A. "Chink" Venturini, Sr. at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church. He preceded her in death on August 3, 1992. Mary was employed as a Medical Technician at various local offices in Kenosha. She was a member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church. Golf was Mary's passion. She enjoyed golfing and she belonged to multiple golf leagues. She also enjoyed cooking for her family and babysitting her grandchildren. Mary is survived by her son, Leo (Mary Beth) Venturini, Jr. of Ft. Wayne, IN; daughter, Michele Benter of Kenosha; brother, Frank (Gina) Missurelli of Kenosha; two sisters, Grace Falbo of Racine, Josephine Barca of Kenosha; five grandchildren, Christine, Susan, Anthony, Michael, Lindsay; and five great-grandchildren, Cailey, Dominic, Abigail, Jaden, and Evelyn. She was preceded in death by her brother, Paul Falduto, and two sisters, Martha DeCicco and Angeline Greco. Friends and family are asked to meet directly at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial that will take place on Tuesday, December 4th, at 10:00 am. Interment to follow at St. George Cemetery. Visitation will take place on Monday evening at Proko Funeral Home from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm.
