My sincere condolences from the entire Grogan family. Paul will be greatly missed. I was always proud to have Paul for a cousin. Living just around the corner from Paul on Springbrook road was truly a blessing. I was able to serve in the same Boy Scout troop (Troop 545) as Paul and his then young son Paul jr. During the years with Paul as the scoutmaster enabled me to appreciate Paul not only as a cousin, but as a friend, father figure, and true leader. Paul was never shy about telling everyone how he wanted things done, and everyone in the troop respected him for that. Paul was not only a father figure to all the young leaders in the Boy Scout Troop, but for the entire neighborhood. I remember Paul taking time on several occasions to give automotive advise (and even repaired some too) to some of the scouts long after they had left the troop and were in high school.Paul was always willing to stop and lend an ear to just listen to what is troubling you that day.My children are too young yet to appreciate how lucky they are to have such a kind and wonderful person for a cousin. However, I will make sure they are told about Paul when they are old enough. Paul set a fine example for our youth today. If I can ever return the favor, just let me know. I am greatly in Paul's debt.My family (my wife June, and our children Eva age 4.5, and our 19 month old triplets Eleanora, Edward, & Joseph) will be pray for you and your family in this time of great sorrow and sadness. From,Jerry Grogan

Diane,I am glad to have known the soft-spoken Paul. He was very helpful to anyone who asked (even those he didn't much care for). I imagine he was a great husband, dad and grandpa.I am sad to know he is gone, but happy to know he's at the big party that awaits us all in Heaven. I will say a special prayer for you and your family.

I send my condolences to Diane and the family. I am very sorry for the lost of Paul, he will be greatly missed. Diane if I can do anything for you all please call me any time of the day or night at 605-0681. Paul was a great person to work with and we all will miss him. It will never be the same at work, Paul treated everyone nice no matter who you were, always there to listen. I call him my Guardian Angel that the Lord had to guide me at work when I had a bad day. I am praying for God to strengthen each and everyone of you at this time. Friday was a terrible day when we heard the news of Paul's passing away. He will not be forgotten, he was a Angel.Rest in Peace PaulYour Co-workerLucy/Housekeeper
