Clarence E. Kirsch, 56, of Burlington, WI, passed away Tuesday, October 9th, 2007, at his residence. Born in Illinois on August 2, 1951, he was the son of the late Donald and Patricia Harlocker. He attended school in the Rockford, IL, area. He was in the United States Navy, retiring after 20 years of active service. In 1990, he moved to Burlington where he was employed by Nestle Chocolate Factory. Clarence really enjoyed bowling. Surviving are a daughter, Christina Kirsch of Burlington; a sister, Charlotte (Timothy) Herring of Clinton, AK; and two grandchildren, Michael and Christopher Pobiecke.
