Dear Mary's family. My heart is heavy and sad for I will miss Mary deeply. My heart goes out to all of you, you have my deepest sympathy. Another angel has their wings. Mary was my angel. There are so many wonderful things that I could say about Mary, but where do you begin. As I write this now, my heart is so heavy, I cannot believe she is gone. I will miss her deeply. I wish I could be there to say one final goodbye to her. Mary was the most wonderful person to me. She was so very kind, generous to a fault, a sense of humor unparalleled to none, and she had this uncanny ability to read a person well. She seemed to always come around when you needed her most. She always had a shoulder for you to cry on or a sympathetic ear to lend. I admired her honesty and was always amazed by her generosity to others. Mary always had an interesting way of looking at things and life. She had a wisdom few people ever come by. Mary was all class. She had such a unique way about her. I found her words were always true and rang loud in your ears. Her laugh, her voice, her language, her mothering, her unique choice of words, her kindness and hearing her say "I have to go get my hair tightened", I will miss forever. Sincerely, Anita Boehm

Words cannot express the great loss I have for losing a very special friend. She definitely was 'one of kind' and will be missed immensely. I am so sorry for your loss, you are in my thoughts & prayers. Having had lost my own mother several years ago, I know that this is a most difficult time, but as time passes it will get easier. Your mother was a very wonderful person and friend!

Mary was a wonderful, vibrant, beautiful person. During the short time I sold Real Estate with her at Bear, all I could think about was how much I wanted to be like her. Always making people laugh, her stories always had a purpose, and she was was the finest Realtor I have ever known. I wish I could be there to say farewell to my friend. My heart goes out to Mary Jr. and her sons. Godspeed Mary, you will be missed.

I was sorry to hear of your mother's passing. We were neighbors and friends for many many years before Don and I moved to Arizona. I remember the year Mary came here to visit us. We drank beer and reminisced about the "good ole days" when you all were just kids. My condolences to you all. Deka

Mary, I believe we went to elementary school together. I remember growing up with you and being friends - my maiden name was Lorraine Zapp. And I remember your dear sweet Mom. She was always so sweet and kind and I really liked her. I met up with her later in life a few times in the real estate business and it always gave me such happiness. I'm so sorry to hear of her passing and wanted you to know that friends from the old days still remember and to let you know that you, Mary and your family are in our thoughts and prayers.

Your mom sold my home in Kenosha in 1986. She did such a wonderful job, and was such a great person, that when I had to put my parents house up for sale in 2007 I called her. My mom who was elderly loved her. Unfortunately I lost my mom within the week. Your mother was very supportive and helpful to me. It was only a few months later that she was diagnosed, but she made sure that my needs were taken care of. I will never forget her.
