Keith Carpentier, 31, of Pleasant Prairie, passed away on Sunday, September 2nd, 2007, at his home. Born May 29, 1976, in Chicago, IL he was the son of Kenneth and Phyllis (Farmer) Carpentier. He moved to Kenosha in 1988 and graduated from Tremper High School. He worked as a cook, most recently at Ron's Place. He attended the Prayer House Assembly of God, enjoyed fishing, RC cars, camping, and spending time with his kids. Survivors include his two sons, Keith G. and Andrew J., both of Pleasant Prairie; his companion, Michelle Garcia of Pleasant Prairie; his parents, Kenneth and Phyllis Carpentier of Pleasant Prairie; a sister, Beverly (Craig) Hofer of Kenosha; a nephew, Paul Joseph Hofer of Kenosha; and his maternal grandmother, Mary Serio of Atoka, TN. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Kenneth and Violet Carpentier, and his maternal grandfather, J.B. Farmer. Private services were held. I can't express what a great loss this really is. It's very hard to know someone like Keith, that had such a big heart as he did. He had his moments where he would make you laugh when you least expected it. His heart and care for others was was unmatched. When I gave my brother Paul the news, he was crushed. That in itself - proves what a impact Keith had on all our lives. To the Carpentier family - you have always been warm and caring as he. Please let me know if there is anything you need! My deepest condolences to you all..I just heard that Keith passed away.I am sadden by it deeply, I knew Keith a Long time ago. We went to school together and use to hang out alot. He was a Great Guy and I cared for him deeply.He was funny and caring and just an all around good guy..Never had anything bad to say about anyone or anything. We have not seen each other in a Long time . Last time I saw Keith was when he worked at Walgreens...I wish now that we would of stayed in touch cause He was a great friend to me and I miss that now..Friends are so hard to come by now a days at least True friends and I do believe with all my Heart that Keith was one of those people " A ture Friend!" Although we hadn't seen each other in a few years, it was always a good day when Keith and I crossed paths. I was very saddened by the news of his passing, My prayers go out to his family and friends. He will be missed.
