Anne K. Zarovy, 85, of Bristol, passed away Friday, May 11th, 2007, at her residence. Born in January of 1922, in Czechoslovakia, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Elizabeth (Mosny) Kozelka. She came to Chicago at the age of 7and later to the Kenosha area where she has resided for the past 57 years. She was educated in the schools of Chicago. As a member of the Chicago area Sokol, she met and later married George P. Zarovy in June of 1942. They farmed together in Pleasant Prairie. He passed away in 1976. She had been a hairdresser for over 40 years, retiring from Salon d'Couiffure in Kenosha in 1985. Anne was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Kenosha County Extension Homemakers, Neighborhood Book Club and was also a Kenosha County 4-H leader. She also enjoyed gardening, painting and cooking. Surviving are three sons, Richard (Nancy) of Taylor, WI, and Thomas (Donna) and George (Cathleen), both of Bristol; a brother, Stephen (Dorothy) Kozelka of Schaumburg, IL; nine grandchildren, Jennifer (Kelly) Crom, and David, Daniel, Debra, Elizabeth, Samuel, Jack, Anna and Jessica Zarovy; and four great-grandchildren, Elizabeth "Ellie", Nicholas, Alexandra and Zoe Crom. Funeral services will be held on Monday, May 14th, at Proko Funeral Home at 8:00 pm. Interment will be held on Tuesday, May 15th, at Sunset Ridge Memorial Park at 10:00 am. Visitation will be held on Monday at the funeral home from 4:00 pm until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Kenosha County Association for Home and Community Education (Homemakers) or the Kenosha County 4-H, both in care of UW-Extension, P.O.
