Dolores I. Jabs, 80, of Pleasant Prairie, passed away Sunday, April 15th, 2007, at United Hospital System-Kenosha Campus. Born on June 6, 1926, in St. Paul, MN, she was the daughter of the late Alvin B. and Minna E. Holzhuter. She came to Kenosha as a young girl and attended local schools. On March 29, 1952, she married Walter A.O. Jabs at Friedens Evangelical Lutheran Church. She had been employed at the Simmons Library from 1947 until 1954. Dolores was also a member of Bethany Lutheran Church. Surviving are her husband, Walter of Pleasant Prairie; a son, Thomas (Karen) Jabs of Kenosha; three grandchildren, Joshua (Amy), Jason and Justin; and two great-grandchildren, Joseph and Anthony. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 18th, at Bethany Lutheran Church at 1:00 pm. Interment to follow at Sunset Ridge Memorial Park.
