Condolences
Arlene Young
I wish to offer my sincere condolences at the loss of a man who gave more to this world than he took from it. I will remember him as a man with a great smile and sense of humor and with a great personality. I will remember him as I last saw him..at the convent helping to conduct a sale for the retiring nuns. Unfortunatly, I will not be with you and your family at this sad time. I am out of the state. May God be with you Arlene Young

I am so sorry to read of Chuck's death, I had no idea he had serious health problems. I don't know if you remember me but I worked with Chuck in the Kenosha school system. I last saw him in Las Vegas where we lived when his Mother was hospitalized at the Hospital where I worked. We are now living in Mexico and read about Chuck on the Internet. Please accept our deepest sympathies as he was way to young to leave this earth. We are both truly saddened, he was a lot of fun and a great guy.

Dear Mary and family, My sincerest sympathy goes out to all of you at this time. I read of Chuck's death thru the Judy Testard site of our class. Wow, has the time flown! I remember so well the time we had a toboggan at Pet's at night, and the 4 of us (you, Chuck, me, Bob Johnson)) had bruises for weeks - hard to explain to our parents. May you and your family be consoled by all of the good memories with Chuck. Sandy

Words cannot express how deeply saddened I was to read that Mr. Koenes had passed away. He was such an important part of my life as I was growing up, not only as a teacher, but as someone who took a keen interest in my life & helped myself and my mother out when times where toughest. He will truly be missed. My most sincere sympathies to his entire family.
