Phyllis N. Garver, 74, of Kenosha, passed away Wednesday, December 6th, 2006, at St. Luke’s South Shore Hospital in Cudahy, WI. Born on December 29, 1931, in Niles Center, IL, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Eleanor (Hartwick) Witte. Survivors include her daughter, Lynn (Mark) Aasen of Kenosha. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 9th, at Apostle’s Lutheran Church in Melrose Park, IL, at 1:00 pm.
