Dear Karl's family; I only knew him for a few months but in that time he helped me immensely at work and touched me as a person too. He openly shared his hobbies and interests with me,(especially after finding out I liked trains; he showed me photos of the metal ones he built himself), and his always-cheerful attitude helped give me a better outlook on life. I attended his wake but had to leave early because of time constraints, so I wish to further extend my condolences and stand that he will be remembered.
