Jerome P. Parchem, 83, of Kenosha, died Tuesday, May 30th, 2006, at Kenosha Medical Center. Born February 11, 1923, in Chicago, IL, he was the son of the late Paul and Ann (Greinzia) Parchem. On October 2, 1943, at St. Viators Catholic Church, he married Florence Musialowski. He served in the United States Navy from 1943 until 1946. He was a U.S.N. Motor Machinist 3rd Class. He served in the Asiatic-Pacific-European Theater. He worked for American Motors Corp. for 22 years, retiring in 1982. He then worked at Racine Flame Spray for 13 years, retiring in 1999. He was a former member of St. Thomas Aquinas Church and is currently a member of St. Therese Catholic Church. He was a Boy Scout leader at St. Thomas Church. Surviving are his wife, Florence of Kenosha; two daughters, Patricia (Gerald) Kashmerick of Brookfield, WI, and Karen (Gary) Shadley of Waukesha, WI; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Preceding him in death was his brother, Andrew, and sister, Lorraine. A Memorial service will be held at St. Therese Catholic Church on Monday, June 5th, at 11:00 am. Interment to follow at All Saints Cemetery. Visitation will be held at church from 10:00 am until the time of service.
