Toni A. Winn, 46, of Kenosha, WI, made her transition on Thursday, May 4th, 2006, at the Sheridan Medical Complex. Born in Kenosha, on August 2, 1959, she was the daughter of Birda (Montgomery) and Calvin C. Winn. She was a graduate of Tremper High School in Kenosha and briefly relocated to North Chicago, IL. She returned to Kenosha were she lived until departing this life. She unselfishly devoted her life to community services caring for residents at Lake Bluff Health Care and North Shore Terrace Health Care Centers. She also worked at Kenosha Achievement Center for the developmentally challenged, Racine Youth Correctional Center Catering Dept., Great Lakes Naval Training Center, North Chicago, and Fazoli's Restaurant in Kenosha. She confessed Christ at an early age and was baptized at First Corinthian Baptist Church, North Chicago, and later returning to Kenosha she moved her membership to Immanuel Baptist Church. Toni enjoyed shopping, walking, spending time with her family and going to the beach. She is preceded in death by her father, Calvin Carmelius Winn; a sister, Suzanne Winn; her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Horace C. Montgomery Sr.; and her aunt and uncle, the Rev. and Mrs. H.C. Montgomery Jr. She is survived by a loving and extremely devoted daughter, Tosha L. Winn, and son, Timothy Jason O'Bryant, Jr., both of North Chicago; mother, Birda Mae Winn of Kenosha; two brothers, Chris Winn of Kenosha and Keith L. Winn of Boston, MA; six sisters, Jackie (Nathaniel) Toney of Maywood, IL, Sandra (Norman) Hargraves of Waukegan, IL, Andrea Edwards and Marianne Winn, both of Racine, and Janice and Renee Winn, both of Kenosha; two grandsons, Keontrey "Trey" Goodman and Timothy O'Bryant III; a host of nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, friends and co-workers; and a very special friend, Timothy O'Bryant, Sr. of North Chicago. A celebration of Toni Winn's life will be held on Wednesday, May 10th, at Proko Funeral Home at 6:00 pm.
