Emil J. "Buck" Pascucci, 82, of Kenosha, passed away Tuesday, April 18th, 2006, at Brookside Care Center. Born November 2, 1923, in Kenosha, he was the son of the late Adorno and Madeline (Angeli) Pascucci. He was a lifelong resident of Kenosha, educated in local schools. Emil enlisted in the United States Marines on November 20, 1944, and was honorably discharged on November 11, 1946, serving in Guam and Mainland China. He received the World War II Victory Medal and the Good Conduct Medal. On October 18, 1947, at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church, he married Virginia Bruneo. She passed away January 5, 1998. He had been employed by Wisconsin Electric Power (WE Energies) as a foreman, retiring in 1985. He started Kenosha Private Police in 1949 and continued to operate the business until he retired in 2000. He was a member of the Italian American Society, Roma Lodge and The Moose. He enjoyed playing cards with family and friends, watching his grandchildren's activities and doing handyman projects for his family. Surviving are three children, Linda J. (Robert M.) Karnes, Thomas A. (Marie) Pascucci and James J. (Lori) Pascucci, all of Kenosha; three sisters, Antonia Perozzi, Adeline DeAngelis and Sophie Werve, all of Kenosha; six grandchildren, Lissa Schmitz, Christina and Robert H. Karnes, and James P., Daniel J. and Michael A. Pascucci; and his three great-grandchildren, Alyssa Schmitz, James P. Pascucci, Jr. and Emily Dee Ann Pascucci. He was preceded in death by two infant sons, Joseph in 1958 and John in 1959; and two brothers, Eugene Pascucci and Nello DiLetti.
