Dear Searles Family,I worked with Phil at Henkel Adhesives for 4 years, and in that time we became friends. Phil had an excellent sense of humor, we all loved his "German" imitations. He actually, had a co-worker laughing so hard at lunch that soda came through his nose, and this was the first week I was their. Phil was also a great help to me and others who knew little about our products, as well as the computer programs. I'm so sorry he is gone. May he rest in peace. I'm sure he is making everyone laugh in heaven.Catherine Madia Addari
