Shirley M. Posie, 70, of Kenosha, passed away Wednesday, January 25th, 2006, at St. Catherine's Medical Center. Born in Racine on June 29, 1935, she was the daughter of the late Francis E. and Linda (Raddatz) Hendrickson. She attended the schools of Racine, graduating from Horlick High School. She came to Kenosha to make her home in 2001. On June 19, 1954, in Racine, she married George S. Posie. He passed away November 2, 1999. She had been employed as a secretary for Rainfair in Racine for over 40 years, retiring in 2000. Shirley was a very family oriented person. She also was an avid reader and enjoyed traveling and gardening. Surviving are a son, Allen G. (Janice) Posie of Kenosha; one sister, Judy Dewey of Peachtree, GA; and one grandson, Jordan Posie.
