Regina D. Sokal, 90, of Kenosha, passed away Friday, November 18th, 2005, at Kenosha Medical Center. Born October 23, 1915, in Chicago Heights, IL, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Emma (Cameranesi) Falcioni. She moved to Kenosha as a young child where she received her education. On January 16, 1943, she married Andrew Sokal in Kenosha. He preceded her in death on June 11, 2002. Regina was employed with Nash during World War II and after the war with the Simmons Co. for a short time. She enjoyed baking, cooking, collecting recipes, sewing, reading and listening to music. Survivors include her two sons, Kenneth of Kenosha and Thomas (JoAnn) of Beach Park, IL; a daughter, Patricia (Loren) Keating of Kenosha; a sister, Elsa Eggert of Greendale, WI; and two grandchildren, Christopher and Lauren Keating. A brother, Nick, and two sisters, Olga Oalk and Milla Bianchi, preceded her in death. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 22nd, at the Proko Funeral Home at 11:00 am. Interment to follow at Green Ridge Cemetery.
