I wish I was there to be with Maria - I know what a big heart she has and how upset she must be. I know this is where everybody says I'm Sorry for your loss. But when my dad died those words were the last thing I wanted to hear. Actually I'm no good for words at a time like this. But I will pray for you all.

Dear Rose (and family):I am very saddened by your father's passing. I always enjoyed seeing your Dad. He had a great sense of humor and, despite his declining health and confinement to the nursing home, I never heard him complain, not even once. Your Dad was not about to burden anyone with the myriad of problems he faced on a daily basis. Your Dad accepted his fate and lived his life with pride and dignity second to none. Your Father was a wonderful man and I will miss him very much.Love, Kevin
