Frances Janice Anstrand, 62 of Kenosha, passed away Friday, September 16th, 2005, at the home of her daughter in Bristol, WI. Born in Dallas, Texas, on January 12, 1943, she was the daughter of G. Frank and Lauretta (Gittens) Tey. She came to Kenosha from Illinois in January of 2005. On August 11, 1962, she married William R. Anstrand, Sr. Surviving are her former husband, William R. Anstrand, Sr.; four children, Anne Marie (Pete) Anastopoulos of Bristol, Kathleen Moira Anstrand of Kenosha, James Timothy (Mary Clare) of Naperville, IL, and William Richard (Jana) Anstrand, Jr. of Naperville, IL; a sister, Jeanine (Dennis) Dyszelski of Texas; a brother, Wendell (Marlene) Tey of Phoenix, AZ; and eight grandchildren, Kassie, Jimmy, Tyler, Ellie, Thomas, Luke, Josh and Bridget. A celebration of the life of Frances J. Anstrand will be held on Sunday, September 18th, at First Assembly of God at 2 p.m. at the Guest Welcome Center.
