Margarita G. Villalobos, 77, of Kenosha passed away Monday (July 25th, 2005) at her residence. Born February 21, 1928, in San Antonio, Texas, she was the daughter of the late Antonio and Catalina (Escobedo) Garcia. She was educated in the schools of Texas, coming to Kenosha in 1963 to make her home. On August 5, 1956, in Texas, she married Juan C. Villalobos, Jr. He passed away October 14, 1996. She had been employed by Regal China for 20 years, retiring in 1991. Margarita enjoyed sewing, cooking, gardening and especially taking care of her grandchildren. Surviving are three sons, Richard, Gilbert (Sylvia), Juan (Damara Dupler) Villalobos, all of Kenosha; two sisters, Petra Hernandez of San Antonio, TX, and Maria (Jimmy) Flores of Castroville, TX; a brother, Juan Garcia of San Antonio, TX; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a grandson, Gilbert Villalobos, Jr., and a sister, Carmel Ramos. Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 29th, at the Proko Funeral Home at 11:30 a.m. Mass to be celebrated at St. Mark Catholic Church at 12:00 noon. Interment to follow at St. James Cemetery.
