Alma Krueger, 94, of Kenosha passed away Sunday (May 1st, 2005) at Kenosha Medical Center. Born November 6, 1910 in Zyrardow, Poland, she was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Phillip and Emily (Figaszewska) Scheier. She was educated in the schools of Poland and came to Kenosha from Germany September 24, 1949. On December 26, 1936, in Poland, she married John Krueger. He passed away in 1998. She was a member of St. Luke's Evangelical Lutheran Church and UAW Local 72. Family was very important to Alma, and she also enjoyed reading her Bible and novels. Surviving are a daughter, Alice (Wayne) Everts of Pleasant Prairie; a son, George (Yolanda) Krueger of Kenosha; seven grandchildren, Michael, Nicole and Eric Everts, Lisa Witter, and Daniel, Marissa and Mandy Krueger; and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by three sisters and a brother. Funeral services will be held on Monday, May 9th, at 11 a.m. at Proko Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Sunset Ridge Memorial Park.
