Maxine Judeika, 70, of Kenosha, died Wednesday (August 18th, 2004) at Hospice House. Born in White Earth, MN, on July 4, 1934, she was the daughter of the late Benjamin and Anna (Smith) Fairbanks. On Oct. 4, 1957, she married William G. Judeika in Kenosha. He died Nov. 20, 1998. She was owner and operator of A Small World Day Care for over 15 years. She was a member of St. Therese Catholic Church. Survivors include two daughters, Joanie (Chris) May of Kenosha, and Julie (Frank) Bindelli of Kenosha; two sisters, Betty Perrault of Kenosha, and Colleen (Terry) Conway of Florida; three grandchildren, William May, Breanna and Dianna Bindelli; and several nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death were a brother, Lewis Fairbanks; and a sister, Phyllis Heisler. Proko Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.JUDEIKA: Funeral services for Mrs. Maxine Judeika will be held on Monday, August 23rd, from Proko Funeral Home and Crematory, 5111-60th St., at 9:30 AM. Mass to be celebrated at St. Therese Catholic Church at 10:00 AM. Entombment to follow at All Saints Mausoleum. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Proko Funeral Home.
