Douglas Robert Spaeth

Douglas Robert Spaeth, 67, of Kenosha, WI, passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at Froedtert South Hospital.

Born on March 10, 1959, in Waukegan, IL, he was the son of the late George Emil and Mary Lou Trangmar.

Douglas is survived by his loving wife, Karen Spaeth of Kenosha, WI; three children, Andrew Douglas (Erin) Spaeth, Emily Spaeth, and Christina Lisa (Alex) Moffett; two grandchildren, Garik Spaeth and Eli Moses Moffett; and four siblings, George Spaeth, Mary (Ken) Buroker, James (Lisa) Spaeth, Cathy (John) McGowan. He is further survived by other special family and friends.

He was also preceded in death by his two children, Anne Pace and Lee Spaeth in infancy.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1, 2026 at Proko Funeral Home from 5:00 – 8:00 P.M. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Anne Catholic Church on Friday, October 2, 2026 at 12 noon. Interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery.
